They have some pretty good stuff. Honestly, I've found BSN and Muscletech products to give me the more hardcore edge in the gym. It really depends on how your body reacts to the products.

Tim, you've been on the bodybuilding stage more times than I have, but I do deep, wide-stanced leg press, squats, good morning, leg curls (seated, and lying-on-stomach), and walking lunges. I also used to long-distance run (raced 3 half-marathons in 2007) with 10- km (6.2-mi) training runs, 2x/wk, 9.25-min/mile pace. Running over-devoloped my hamstrings, and I had to start squatting again last year to restore muscle balance between hamstring and quads (LOL).

Personally, I enjoy reading about people's epiphanies (sp?) about their training, eating, moods, etc. All the topics already listed are good, but it's really all about the passion behind the training that keeps me pumped up to work out every day. Just from what I've seen here, you SHOULD compete. Just my $0.02. :)

Tim,

what's your purpose in builing a site? What do you want to accomplish? The answer to that question will help you make good decisions about what to include.

I'd like to know who you consult for advice and/or feedback on your workouts. It's always good to know who's behind the person.

Here are a few suggestions. On your site, you can include...

*your pictures
*training routine
*How to stay motivated
*List the supplements you use(if any) and explain which ones you prefer the most and how they make you feel after consumption.
*Daily Routine(meal and supplement cosumption, hitting the gym, how much time you usually sleep? You know, what does a great bodybuilder such as yourself do in a day that relates to the field of bodybuilding?)
*Any additional secrets such as using a certain form while performing a certain excersise.
