Hi, I tink peope are curious mainly about the pictures and regullary updates. At my website I see how some people are used to monthly updates and how the visits are increasing around the time I ussually update it.
I have also something like "news" where I try to write about everything related to bodybuilding - but only actions where I was present - never mind if competing or if only as the fan in auditorium (to make it different from some regulary news sites - where they write also about actions abroad etc. ).

Hi, just getting started myself, I would love to hear about how your training and diet change as you move between gearing up for events and cycling toward other goals, like creating mass or sculpting. Also what are your thoughts that get you motivated to keep moving toward your goals!
thanks…

Honestly; People need to know what you do and how hard it is to stay ripped. We are all consumed by the thought of looking as good as you but how the hell do the rest of us get there? I understand how it is done and I’m on my way but think any type of log to prove how to do it is going to attract more people to your site. Skip Lacour has done so in my mind and I would not mind seeing more of it throughout BB.COM.

I am interested in the mental aspects of bodybuilding as well as the physical. How do you stay motivated? What type of visualization do you do? Meditation? Are you always positive? Do you ever burn out? What do you do to right yourself when negative thoughts or feelings take over?

Here are a few suggestions. On your site, you can include…
*your pictures
*training routine
*How to stay motivated
*List the supplements you use(if any) and explain which ones you prefer the most and how they make you feel after consumption.
*Daily Routine(meal and supplement cosumption, hitting the gym, how much time you usually sleep? You know, what does a great bodybuilder such as yourself do in a day that relates to the field of bodybuilding?)
*Any additional secrets such as using a certain form while performing a certain excersise.

I’d like to know who you consult for advice and/or feedback on your workouts. It’s always good to know who’s behind the person.

Tim,
what’s your purpose in builing a site? What do you want to accomplish? The answer to that question will help you make good decisions about what to include.

Personally, I enjoy reading about people’s epiphanies (sp?) about their training, eating, moods, etc. All the topics already listed are good, but it’s really all about the passion behind the training that keeps me pumped up to work out every day. Just from what I’ve seen here, you SHOULD compete. Just my $0.02.

you should have everything up there that relates to B.B & how, what & where you are interelated to it. Effects/affects? pros/cons? etc. I am happy that your wife talked you out of retirement; you have much more to offer. I think that when you r 65 u can start looking into that….LOL
