I am just starting too. I have found some great articles on this sight to help focus on the areas I need the most improvement. I am going for a 6 pack by summer too…wanna make a challenge out of it??? We could push each other and share tips–of course my training would be a bit different since I’m a girl, but the results would be about the same–hopefully! Either way, keep up the good work. You’ll meet your goals if you just keep at it.
