i need your help!

I need your help… And i need help with motivation! I know i need to change my eating habits and my fitness regime but i keep on doing the same ol thing! I need help because i am going to be losing fat on a budget i need all the tricks and tips known to man to succeed in this! If anyone has any advice, encouragement and wisdom i would soo love to hear it!

not achieving goals

Why dont i achieve my goals? why dont i get the job done? why do i stay complacent and think that if i keep doing the same old things im going to get different results!? isnt that the meaning of insanity!

All i know is that i have to change my mindset. i need to look to the people of the world who have had successfull transformations and learn from what they did right and then most of all APPLY it to my transformation!

The time is now to change, it has been far too long and in order to be all that i can be i need to consistantly strive to meet my goals which in turn will help me make my dreams a reality!

Whats my dreams you might ask? Well being able to walk around the beach with my top off with confidence is definately one of them, to be able to advance the work on t.v i have already done and really start to get some good roles but most of all to show people that im not useless and that i can make a huge impact in this world… because i dont want to come to the end of my life and just of been a spectator! i want to radically change my surroundings for the better and having my body in great shape will only help that!

high intensity cardio

well so today i decided that in order to kick start my fat loss and really kick some fat bottom booty that i should start doing some high intensityn cardio and thats exactly what im going to do… i was just reading the topic of the weeK "high intensity cardio" page and the article was awesome so i fully recommend it for others…

here’s my progamme… im starting off with 20mins with 1 min @ 8.5k.p.h and then 1 min @ 13k.p.h! what do you guys think of this… any suggestions?
