i need your help!

I need your help… And i need help with motivation! I know i need to change my eating habits and my fitness regime but i keep on doing the same ol thing! I need help because i am going to be losing fat on a budget i need all the tricks and tips known to man to succeed in this! If anyone has any advice, encouragement and wisdom i would soo love to hear it!

 Thank you for helping me in this battle!

    the main thing is build every meal around a protein, chicken, beef, fish. Then carb wise put about the size of a fist on your plate, whole grain carbs only too unless its immediately after a workout session then you eat white carbs. At dinner, no carbs!!! throw in some veggies and your good to go. Now all you gotta do is work your ass off at the gym!!
