Squat Rack
Today was spent in the squat rack.
3 x 8 Squat
5 x 8 Lunges
5 x 8 Front Squat
3 x 8 Squat
3 x 15 Calf Raises
By the end I wasn’t even in pain. I was beyond the pump, beyond the pain. My mind was not conscious of the fact that I had passed my body’s threshold. I now ride a torturous high as my Legs are dead, but my accomplishments are thriving. I’ve learned to love to hate the squat rack. It is what separates, it is what we were made to do.
