Surgery
I will be having surgery on Friday …. No not the hernia yet LOL … Hopefully it wont keep me out too long. Ill let everyone know how im feeling. Keep your fingers crossed for quick recovery.
Got my daughter working out with me and excited about losing weight. She is such a beautiful girl I want to see her fit, and happy. So Ill be posting some pics of her also and maybe get her to join here.

You both did great this week. Hope you’re both not hurting bad. You’ll be fine today and back at it in no time.
