Biggest Loser

Well they started a biggest loser at work. So I signed up today. Had to get weighed in and I’ve lost another 3 pounds!! I can’t wait to finally be under 200 pounds so each lil pound just gets me closer and closer!! Im down to 232 now. No one thinks I look like I weight that much. I’m happy for that but I feel the weight. I wish I could get some good pics I swear I look better than these pics look …

A better day

Well Im back on track again with my diet and workout. And I must say today was the first day that I said, "wow I see a change". I went down another hole in my belt, had to get rid of more clothes are were just ‘way too big’ and put a bra on today that was previously too tight and it fit WITH NO BULGES OR OVERHANG lol … yea that is a good day. Although I must say I dont really want my breasts to get smaller but we’ll take care of that issue if need be when Im at goal. I really do want to thank everyone for answering all my silly questions and not making me feel stupid and thank you Luke for the constant support and friendship.

terrible day

Yesterday was a TERRIBLE day!! I ate pizza and had starbucks and frenchfries … well let me tell you my body reacted violently to that betrayal lol I was not feelin so well after the fried food. I am back on track this morning. It much easier to do when you have a fully stocked kitchen. I had been so busy trying to work and be everything that everyone wants from me that I hadn’t made it to the store and so I suffered. Does anyone else feel like between family and friends and work that you are just pulled every which way … Even on my days off they are not days off I always have to be doing something for someone. I would love a quiet day at home or lying at the pool or at the gym just for me … I just needed to vent … Much better now. And im back on track I will be hitting the gym hard this week and adding more weight to what Im doing. I think Im ready to try some supplements any good ones that you recommend? Also I look at other women trying to get an idea on weight/size but it seems there are not many 6′1" women out there. How do I know what I need to tweak for my size. What weight is really a good weight for me?

Just mumbling

Well I had a GREAT workout yesterday. Still having a little pain in my left elbow but its not as bad as it was. I am still doing 30 minutes of cardio daily on the elipitcal machine. My favorite is the Precor 100i … I can run or just do stairs i love it. I have gone from level 1 to level 10. I can do the entire 30 minutes on level 10 now and actually switch it up 10 15 and 20 for periods of time. That is a big improvement from the girl that only do 20 minutes on level 1.

 I really dont have anymore to report ….. wish I could report another 5 pound loss lol maybe next week.

Im down another small amount … from 26.74 to 25.9 … not much but still going in the right direction. WOOHOO!!!

And today I got my belly button pierced!!! Always wanted it and now Im getting the  body to have it so I did it!!!

 Thanks for all the encouraging words and advice from all of you.
