Football Over

So the football season ended alright, varsity ended 7-3, and JV was 9-1. can’t say i’m impressed with either. I’ll be a senior next year and i don’t want my last season to end up with a record like that. I’ll be lifting again, harder than ever to get so much better than Masuk (rivals, we always loose) that they won’t know what hit them. As for the other teams in next year’s season, they are already beat. I’ll be eating turkey and tuna with nothing but protien shakes for the next 9+ months, and nothing but a ton of homework to come home to. I’m already feeling sore, it’s been about 2 weeks now and me and my friend have a good routine set up. we are benching 2 or 3 times a week, squats 2 to 3 times a week, a power lifting day, some shoulders and back workouts.

The thing that totally sucks is that we can’t listen to deathmetal while lifting. Last year, before spring football, we were lifting and blasting the deathmetal in our school’s weightroom, which has a nice speaker system. Any way, it turns out that one of the gym teachers was on the phone in the room right next to the weightroom. (the gym teachers have their office in a seperate room in the locker rooms, and apparently they like doing their work there) so she comes bursting in throught the girl’s locker room enterance to the weight room and shuts off the music. So me and some other kids were like "yo turn it back on" so she totally lost it and said she was on the phone with the principle or some one important, and all they could hear in the backround was "I’ll f***ing kill you, hate, kill destroy" and so she took the CD out of the system and threw it across the room, it shattered into like a thousand pieces. And now we have to listen to classical rock, witch really sucks most of the time. so we tried to bring in iPods. But it doesn’t stop, there’s a bunch of shady kids who stay after school for up to 2 hours to come down to the locker room and steal stuff while we’re working out. so i lost a total of about $150 to this date, my friend lost $50, 2 cell phones (not at the same time), and a number of MP3 players. So now I have to bring my iPod and I keep all my shit with me in the weight room. I would lock it in a locker, but before all this i was too lazy, then the gym teachers cut all the locks off all the lockers including mine.

It’s really no big deal, we continue lifting in spite all these delays. I feel like shit though cause i havn’t taken supplements for a few days now because i’ve got no money, so i don’t want to run out of stuff.
