Good pumps.  Still going lighter than before…  Hope to slowly build it back up again.  So fair all medical stuff is coming back good.

Cardio went real well.  Tricep pump okay, but strength down…  Did find out one issue with my health is resolved.  Had some concerns over kidney functions due to some blood test (creatinine levels) results, but had more intensive studies done and my kidneys are functioning above normal and that is exceptional due to the fact I’ve been a diabetic for 38 years…  Now just still waiting and concerned over what is causing some pain in my upper right side…  CT scan tomorrow…  Hope and pray it doesn’t show anything real serious…  Colon cancer is a big fear of mine.

Fair workouts.  Been missing a lot lately.  Plus have something wrong with upper right abdomen area.  Undergoing a lot of tests.  It’s worrying me and that is affecting my workouts…  Hope to know something in next couple days and hope and pray its okay…
