Great workouts. Great strength and drive, especially considering I’ve been and still am sick… Strength seems to be going up again… If I can just avoid any injuries. Also have to increase some cardio and lose some weight. Been worrying a lot about heart again lately…. Having had a heart attack before always makes you more concerned…
