Good pump and strength.  Was suppossed to be a shoulder day, but was rushed and one piece of equipment I needed to use (smith machine) was tied up for a long time, so since workouts already screwed up this month, just did another chest workout…  Did some reps…

Great pump.  Strength down a little.  But did get in gym a lot later than normal due to working late…  Was going to skip, so psych was really off…   Also doing a new rep scheme on benches.  Doing more reps, pyramid style going up to the heavier weights.  Thighes very sore today.

Great pump.  Good strength.  Like the higher reps better than the lower reps at slightly higher weights I was doing for a couple leg workouts…  Really wish I could do squats without messing up lower back…

Good pump.  Increased weights a little on some exercises.  Strength felt down again though, cheated a lot on heaviest sets…  Cardio kicked my butt.  Had to make self do the full twenty minutes.  Have got to start back doing lunch (and more) cardio.  Not sure how much longer I want to keep doing this heavy weight-less sets thing either…

Pretty crappy workout.  Decent pump, but struggled with the heavier weights.  On the actual "work" sets (benches 355/320/280 and inclines 265/225) was hoping for a few more reps…  Making me wonder if I want to go back to higher rep training, pyramid style or something….

Decided to go back to the higher rep scheme.  Great pump.  Real good strength.  Think I like the higher reps on legs better than the lower reps.  The little difference in added weight with lower reps doesn’t make up for the pump I got.
