Long time since last post
Sunday, July 29th, 2007Training picking back up. Had a minor surgery last part of June. Then out of town for the week of the fourth. That and letting my bicep injury heal has taken a toll. But strength and training seems to be picking up a little. Last night went up to 630 on leg press for a set of 19 reps. Then went up to 300 on hacks for a set of 14 reps. Don’t know if said before but can’t do squats due to some bulging discs in back. I miss doing them. Cardio is really down. Have been lazy and not doing it like should and need to. For losing fat and my heart. Today was a rep bench day. Wanted to hit 7-8 on benches with 315, but only able to get six. Coming down did get 12 solid reps with 275. Inclines went okay but not great. was hoping to get 10 with 255 but only sqeezed out 8. Went up in flies, decline presses and pec dec pretty well. Have really got to lose some fat around my gut though. I’m so paranoid over my heart that it is always on my mind.
