Wednesday, June 27th, 2007Fair workouts since last post. Didn’t get the reps on the chest workout that I wanted. Did get 2 at 335 and 10 at 275 on benches, that is down for me. Inclines weren’t quite as bad, got 9 with 235 and 13 with 205. Actually a much better workout on second chest day. Went a little lighter (rep day). Got a solid six with 315 and then a good burnout set of 11 reps at 275. Inclined 250 for eight reps. Leg workout last night. Reps on leg presses down a couple on heaviest set. But did go up on hacks. Got a solid 12 reps with 300 lbs. Doing a shoulder workout tonight. Then actually going to be down for a few days to a minor surgery I’m having tomorrow morning…
