Training
Sunday, April 29th, 2007New to this (blogging). Will try to figure it out. Just doing this to track some progress and training… Trying to get into good shape again. Training in mind to enter a bench contest in June. Trying to overcome some injuries and health issues since competed last several years ago. Doubled 355 on bench yesterday. Want to be doing 385 raw by June. Also need to drop about 20 pounds of body weight. Then going to train for a bodybuilding show in November. Will do regular updates to let you know how it’s going.
