hey everyone. im coming along very nicely!! im so happy and proud of myself but i have 1 problemo. my camera. im taking pics as i lose weight but i cant upload them because i need a specific cord(usb) so, just bear with me and i’ll have the pics up in no time! muah! tyyl!

  My Fiance came across this page while he was browsing the GREAT BODYBUILDING.COM site! He showed it to me knowing I would love this program. I started Monday and its cool so far. Only thing is, if you dont have access to a pool, its a little difficult to acheive the full benefits. Overall, its a great routine for anyone, even without the swimming! ;)

Filled chicken with spinach, cheese, and tomatoes.

 Today i made filled-chicken breast with spinach cheese and tomatoes. i cut the chicken horizontally in half, then sliced it through the middle-making two pieces one for the top piece one for the bottom. i then layered it with spinach then cheese then tomatoe and repeat. i placed the top piece on and i grilled it. its sooo good. mmm. im full.

*muscle gains*loose clothes*

im gaining muscle-i lift alot and i go heavy sometime.I eat right, and bust my cardio out, but im gaining weight. hmmm, im thinking its muscle. my clothes fit a lil looser and my quads, bicepss, calves, triceps , chest, glutes and hamstrings are more firmer and defined. what do you think? am i gaining muscle? well, if i am, im most definitely burning more fat! i cant argue with that!*wink* I started the Anabolic diet yesterday-thanks to AntWrig*wink* so i hope i can lean out more and drop this bodyfat. Any suggestions, please feel free to enlighten me. I’d really appreciate it* Thanx everyone for all your support*

…in total my cardio added up to 2hours and 30mins today!!! INCLINE AT 12% for 20mins straight.

…two seperate sessions. 315cals, what I call the fat burn zone was burned during each session.

i enjoyed my orange superpump sample-it tastes like orange sorbet mmm mm good.

im tired now and going to bed. (yawns)night night**

Dang!!!! Fed Ex is speedy! i got my superpump today IN THE AM OKAAY! LOL and ive already indulged mmm its really good! i have fruit punch and an orange free sample(hehe)…so…its cool so far…we’ll see how it does in another week-see if i get more reps in like im expecting.

Today i just relaxed lol okay bye!! oh and im over being hungry lmao 2morrow back to the hardcore!

back and chest! 3×15-20 cardio 45mins of 2 sessions! 1st in the morning 2nd in the afternoon or evening!
no pauses!

i ordered some superpump250 today-cant wait to use it!
Do the damn thing or you aint doin a damn thing! lol remember that!

wtf?! where’s my food?!!

Im not happy today at all. Maybe im as mad as i am because im a little emotional from working out and eating clean but, someone in my household ate all of my prepared food for the day and now im hungry…left with only slimfast to drink. i made grilled chicken, salad, ground turkey, i boiled eggs,etc., i did a lot this morning. People dont respect you when you’re trying to get your body right, i see. Its a shame. Now i have to go food shopping again tomorrow morning. Im sooo mad right now and discouraged…

okay, so im just getting done with my evening cardio session. i ran on the treadmill instead of outside since its late here in Jersey. It’s 9:02pm right now and instead of doing 30mins, i did 35mins-burnt 195 calories-24 carbs and conquered a mile and a half! whoo! my goal for my tready sessions is an hour straight-mostly jogging or running-or on random-but an hour nonetheless. whoo! im feeling good right now. getting ready to take my shower and hit the sack…but i am thinking of doing my chest too…3×12-yeah what the heck…i might as well! im trying lol tiffany forni is who i really admire-if she can-we can!!! plus obama’s in shape! lol
