"I want to gain muscle and burn bodyfat! I've started going to step aerobics Mon-Sat for an hour and it's definitely hitting me hard. I hate running, so this is good cardio for me. I love to eat, eat, eat, so I definitely need that good cardio burn."

Well, here is my initial post…I’ve just recently started coming to bodybuilding.com regularly…Been going to the gym steadily for the past 3 years, even when i was deployed to Iraq. I’ll be going back to Iraq in January, and hopefully I’ll still get in good gym time. From the looks of things, it won’t be a problem.

Today’s Monday, and I went to the gym at lunchtime and did bi’s. Had a good workout, then did some HIIT for cardio, 15 minutes. It was my first time doing HIIT and I think it’s something that I will be utilizing as part of my regimen. I hate running…but HIIT was actually fun.
