Update!
Things r going ok, no complaints! Just started back to lifting earlier this week. Did legs this morning. Trying to get mre size in the quads, ne advice? Wht works th hams hard? I’m @ ~156(gve or takeĀ a few!). The muscle gains r coming along, imo! Wish I could add some weight to go with it.
