Update!
Having trouble reaching 160. Down to 153; feels as though I’m gaining muscle and possibly losing bf. Any advice?
Addendum: Just checked my weight I’m @ 151 lbs.
Time of weigh-in:5:26 p.m.
Feels as though my muscle mass has increased; doesn’t feel as though (physically) my bodyweight has gone down to me.

If you are truly gaining muscle while losing BF, then you’re on the right track. But at your height (tall dude, man) and weight and profile history, I have a suspicion you are losing muscle right now but have the illusion of "gaining it" since the muscle that you have shows more with less BF. Your history hints to an Ectomorphic body profile, which requires a different nutrition approach to build lean body mass. (believe me, I have ectomorph tendencies…been there) Check out this article and look for more on the internet too.

I believe some True Mass or some IDS Smart Gainer will help you with your weight gain, but you still got to eat enough calories with your weight gainer supplement. I about to try some IDS Smart Gainer, so I will update you about the result of it.
