Update!
Monday, September 7th, 2009Having trouble reaching 160. Down to 153; feels as though I’m gaining muscle and possibly losing bf. Any advice?
Addendum: Just checked my weight I’m @ 151 lbs.
Time of weigh-in:5:26 p.m.
Feels as though my muscle mass has increased; doesn’t feel as though (physically) my bodyweight has gone down to me.
