Losing motivation!
Friday, May 22nd, 2009Beginning to lose motivation when it comes to lifting. Things are going well with the lifts; my motivation seems to be waning. At times, my motivation peaks and then it seems to drop at an instance. I don’t know what to do to regain it. I am seeing muscle gains; my weight is stagnant or dropping. Atm, I can’t tell which. Any suggestions as to how I can improve my motivation? Thanks!
