The rep range varies. Try the lower range first. If its not enough then move to the next rep range.

iF i were you and this is only my opinion but i would add in some extra leg exercises, stiff legged DLs perhaps or some leg extensions……and if your BW squat is too light try doing pulses with that weight, really fry your quads!
