					<description>Set small goals like going to the gym. Then add on to that like doing three sets of 10-12 reps of each exercise. Then add the goal of setting a weight amount for each set. For cardio set a goal for speed, distance and time.

Large goals are reached by first reaching many small goals. Don't look down on small beginnings. They are what creates big successes.
