Setting goals!
Having a difficult time setting my goals. I know what I want to accomplish; gauging my progress has been difficult. Have been doing bodyweight workouts for about 2 mos. hings are moving along smoothly. Legs have seen some growth esp. in the quads, chest and upper back. Any advice or suggestions?

Set small goals like going to the gym. Then add on to that like doing three sets of 10-12 reps of each exercise. Then add the goal of setting a weight amount for each set. For cardio set a goal for speed, distance and time.
Large goals are reached by first reaching many small goals. Don’t look down on small beginnings. They are what creates big successes.
