Two day workouts!
Have been considering going between a 3 day workout; a 2 dy. workout. Personally, I like both. I have a preference for 2 days b/c I have as though I can get more done. Also, am conisdering hitting the pecs twice a week. Hitting the legs once; xtra hard. Any suggestions, advice, etc.? Still plan to stick with rippetoe, just to switch things up. Feel as though the body is stagnant esp. in the pecs, legs and back are growing with some cohersion; what can u say? lol, huh, what?

2 A -Days are rough on your body and are begging for overtraining. Seems as though you may not be growing because you’re not giving your body the required amount of rest. If you want to do 2-a-days, i suggest doing one aerobic exercise or HIT and the other resistance training. You’ll also need to keep your calories ridiculously high…which brings me to my next point: If you’re not growing as fast as you’d like, try bumping up the amount of calories you’re taking in… specifically complex carbs.
