Two day workouts!
Wednesday, November 28th, 2007Have been considering going between a 3 day workout; a 2 dy. workout. Personally, I like both. I have a preference for 2 days b/c I have as though I can get more done. Also, am conisdering hitting the pecs twice a week. Hitting the legs once; xtra hard. Any suggestions, advice, etc.? Still plan to stick with rippetoe, just to switch things up. Feel as though the body is stagnant esp. in the pecs, legs and back are growing with some cohersion; what can u say? lol, huh, what?
