frustrated!
Monday, May 28th, 2007Been lifting since Jan. on the 5×5 prog. Have gained ~6 lbs. Since then my weight has been stagnant I have been eating more ea. day. I have not weighed myself since May. I feel as though I am getting Bigger; when I look into the mirror I feel as though my lifting is in vain. Does/has anyone else felt this way?
I feel as though some days are better than others. Just like some parts of my body grow faster than others, why? Lastly, there are days in which I lose motivation, don’t think that lifting is for me; when I look into the mirror I feel or say otherwise.
Also, if anyone recommends a longer workout I can’t b/c of my busy schedule both during the summer; the fall semester. Should I just increase the reps or change routines altogether? HELP!!
