TIRED!
As frustration slowly begins to set in. I’m beginning to grow tired of lifting. I enjoy it but things are not going the way that I think they should be in the area of nutrition. As far as lifting, things couldn’r be better. Seeeing progress on the pecs and other areas of the body. Now, if I could just get the nutrition side of things down I would be happy. Why is it that when you start lifting no one really tells you that nutrition makes up the majority of the lifting program like 90%; lifting only compromises for about 10%?? Wanted to know, should I take a week off or just change my routine altogther? Was thinking of trying the HST prog. HST=hypertrophy strength training. with the 5X5 routine you’re going to blow up even more and see some definite strength gains.like you said you’ve seen some progress with your chest and all.Start dialing in your nutrition.It should make a difference.I’m on the 5X5 routine myself and I’ve seen tons of gains.I make it a point to always have food with me.Just make sure you’re getting in enough.Don’t lose motivation..it’s all a learning process and it takes time.You’re doing good.Keep it up
