TIRED!
Monday, April 16th, 2007As frustration slowly begins to set in. I’m beginning to grow tired of lifting. I enjoy it but things are not going the way that I think they should be in the area of nutrition. As far as lifting, things couldn’r be better. Seeeing progress on the pecs and other areas of the body. Now, if I could just get the nutrition side of things down I would be happy. Why is it that when you start lifting no one really tells you that nutrition makes up the majority of the lifting program like 90%; lifting only compromises for about 10%?? Wanted to know, should I take a week off or just change my routine altogther? Was thinking of trying the HST prog. HST=hypertrophy strength training.
