HELP!! losing weight but gaining muscle . . .
is it possible to do both. if so, can i reverse the process and gain both muscle and weight or does one come b4 the other? btw, i’m on protein shakes at least one a day using three scoops. should i cut back on the scoops and try to up the amount of shakes taken? thx!

OK-many factors will affect results…#1 daily caloric intake #2 macrontrient breakdowns #3 timing of food consumprion and my fave #4 genetics and metabolism.
