- Walking, front-back-left-right w/ resistance band around ankles ???

Now this looks odd. There were too many of us in one big circuit. I will do something a bit more structured tonight to make sure I don’t neglect anything. I had fun teasing & fighting MsJai and talking noise to Marama –who cursed at everyone b/c she’s out of shape. Someone commented that I don’t look as big & swole as I did a few weeks ago. All lies, I’m sure the scale begs to differ.

I am tracking calories now, although I am a bit embarrassed to post yesterdays…
823 cals 18%fat, 22% carbs, 60% protein
I’m not trying to starve myself, I thought I ate more. I’ll add another thousand today! I also trained chest, light triceps, and walked on an incline for 20 minutes last night.
