Trained like a FREAK today! HEAVY chest & shoulder/back super-sets!!!!I hate to say it but I was 1 set away for qualifying to post in the “Blowing Chunks” thread. It was so much friggin fun!!!!!!!!!
Bench press, pass failure up to 225.. DB Press, pass failure up to…can’t remember if I stopped at 50s or 60s..
I’m still pumped…

It’s a sad day in southern hip hop. Though not exactly a mainstream artist, Pimp C is Texas a legend & will be deeply missed..

I say the same prayer every morning when I get in the office…
My heavenly father, as I enter this workplace, I bring your presence with me…Give me a fresh supply of strength to do my job…When I am burned out, infuse me with the light…
I am too young to have to put up with the crap that I put up with at work. To make a long story short, I work with obese, menopausal, depressed white women all 15-30 years older than me…an office full of HATERS. It’s all GOOD though!!! My days here are numbered. Must get away before they began to rub off!

AND I RODE THE BIKE FOR 15 minutes!!! I walked out of there with the biggest smile on my face

I did much better with my diet today…got VERY out of control with honey roasted cashews though. I finished the can so they shouldn’t be a problem anymore

I try to continuously remind myself this healing process will take TIME, it just sucks watching my legs turn to mush… My therapist put me on the bike for 10 minutes yesterday :-D I was too excited!!!

I had a good 6am shoulder & back workout Friday. Picked it up a little bit, weights were moderate. Supersets!!!
The pump felt great!!!
DB Press (drop set) 4×10-4×15//Lateral Raise (cable) 4×20
ISO lateral row 4×20// DB lat/front raise 4×10
Shoulder Press (smith) 4×8/Pull down (underhand) 4×10
Ofcourse no training 2day. Except for all the walking/standing I did at Nationals. We went to Black Eyed Pea in between pre-judging & finals. I was a good girl - ordered chicken breast, green beans, black-eyed peas. Kendra forced me to split a roll w/ her
I’m done eating crazy. I’ve had my fun. Diet is starting Monday!
I hadn’t been on the scale in at least a month, so I decided to go for it & take my measurements Friday. It was interesting. I’m having mixed emotions about it. one hundred fifty two. I’m holding it well…I guess. It’s distributed evenly throughout my body. My butt isn’t HUGE, i don’t have hips, no abs ofcourse but my belly is still flat…I’m just THICK! I’m not too worried, but it has to come off! I knew I caused major damage w/ the binging I did after the surgery, combined w/ no cardio in almost 3 months. But that number is very scary to me
A few other things I’m a bit concerned about…
i. my right quad is almost 2 inches smaller then the left. normal i guess due to the surgey but it bothers me…
ii. my arms are freakin huge!!! they’ve always been big but i know i’m not supposed to have 15″ biceps. not good
I think I’ll take pics tomorrow. I have quite the transformation ahead…
