Day 1 - Almost Here

This is my first blog for my Muscle Blog, and I just gotta start out by saying that I’m tired. Two nights prior to today I got 5 hours of sleep or less. That sucks! And I NEED minimum 7 hours a sleep a night. My protein, creatine, and supplements should arrive either today or tomorrow and I will begin creatine for the first time the next day. I wanna get myself up above 200 lbs so I’ll be eating a minimum of 200 grams of protein a day, but hopefully more like 250 grams. I am definitely sleeping around midnight tonight.
