Day 1 of the New Program
I am starting a new plan to get back into a routine. The culmination of it will be to run the Atlanta Heart Walk (Nov 7) with my red survivor cap on. My secondary personal goal is to run it faster than the local news anchor who ran it last year. And through all of that I am going to be doing my daily training at the gym hoping to add some muscle to my frame.
Exercise has brought me a long way, and I have really had a tough time keeping up with it through our move to a new home and then the company I work for
moving too. Goal #1 is to just fat back to the habit.
Just to show how serious I am, I wiped out on my bike on the way to the gym this
morning, slid a few feet on the asphalt, went home and bandaged the bloddy spots and I was back on the bike headed for the gym. No more excuses.

You are the man.
I’m glad a bike accident didn’t stop you. OUCH. Were you checking out that woman again and didn’t watch where you were going?

You need to change you moniker from TickingHeart toToughGuy. Nice determination.
