I may have been too busy to blog these last couple of days, but I still managed to get my workouts in when I wasn’t giggling uncontrollably while listening to Afroman’s "Because I Got High".

(Funny stuff, even if I can’t relate.)

Monday’s chest and Tuesday’s back were all types of good fun.

Barbell Bench Press

Bar (15)

Cardio was a 10 minute cool-down.

Back

I couldn’t sleep so I dragged my carcass out of bed and just went straight to this workout, shake in hand.
