Somewhere in between the never ending yawns and the futile quest to make Saturday my beyotch, I managed to hit 300 lbs on the squat. Of course it was the just-below-parallel squat and not the ATG squat I’ve come to know and loathe, but hey, it’s a start.

Congrats on the squat there. Thats a damned respectable workout there.
