Quads

Somewhere in between the never ending yawns and the futile quest to make Saturday my beyotch, I managed to hit 300 lbs on the squat.  Of course it was the just-below-parallel squat and not the ATG squat I’ve come to know and loathe, but hey, it’s a start.

Squats (Just Below Parallel)

135 (5)

250 (5,5)

ATG Squats

205 (5,5)

Lunges

100 (12)

Cardio was just a slacker-worthy, 10 minute jaunt on the Elliptical of Shame.
