Post Workout: Water, banana, cinnamon, whey.
Meal 3: Chili
Meal 4: Granola and milk
Snack: Pretzels*
Meal 5: Water, oats, cottage cheese, apple, flax, cinnamon, whey.
Snack: Pecans
Meal 6: Water, cottage cheese, peanut butter, glutamine, cinnamon, whey.
*There’s a terrible rumor floating about that these pretzels were dipped in white chocolate. I can still neither confirm nor deny this rumor.
