Abs and Cardio

Busy-Busy-Busy morning, though I did make time to referee another round of Sibling Death Match (Too close to call, so it ended up being a draw).

Today I weighed in at 205.4 (2.2) which I’m going to chalk up to the unBOBly amounts of water I’ve been consuming the last few days.  Bodyfat was down by scale measure and everything looked fine in the mirror, so no need to panic.

Just a quick ab and cardio day today.  Nothing to write home about, though apparently something to blog about.

Decline Crunches

Bodyweight (10)

+10 (10)

+25 (16,16,16,14,14)

Super Crunches*

(12,12,12,12)

*If there is a technical name for when you do a upper and lower crunch at the same time- keep it to yourself becuase mine sounds SUPERHERO COOL!!!

Cardio was just 45 minutes of elliptical while head bobbin’ to STP, GnR, Metallica, and Dolly.
