Quads and Triceps
It’s a beautiful, Mr. Roger’s kind of day here in Massachusetts. (Don’t worry, I shan’t break into song-yet!)
No problems with today’s workout. I’ll wait and see how my legs are feelin later to decide if it was a good workout. My triceps have been sore for days now, so I took it easy with those exercises.

The plan was to keep going until I couldn’t hit five, but my knees were buckling and I started to feel that oh-so-familiar twinge in my right knee, so I called it a day at 220.
