Good Eats!

Everything tastes better when it’s not being thrown at you by a tantrum weilding two-year old!!

No Lie!!

Pre Workout/Breakfast: Water, oats, apple, yogurt, whey, cinnamon.

Workout: Water, dextrose, whey, creatine, cinnamon.

Post Workout: Apple Juice, banana, creatine, whey, cinnamon.

Post Post Workout: Burritos and Ruf***e.

Snack: Lundberg Rice Chips*

Meal 5: Ribs

Snack: Pecans

Meal 6/Good Night Shake: Water, cottage cheese, peanut butter, whey.

*WOOHOOOOOOOOO!!  Here I was, thinking I had bought myself another overpriced crap product that tastes bad from the glorified organic store.  Let me tell you- This overpriced crap product tastes AWESOME!!  Good Times!!
