Nutrition

Just keeping it simple. 

Pre Workout/Breakfast: Green tea, caffeine, glutamine.

Workout: Whey and water.

Post Workout: Water, oats, cottage cheese, apple, flax, whey, cinnamon.

Meal 4: Unfrosted and Shredded Tree Bark in a water/whey/cinnamon mix.

Snack: Oatmeal raisin cookies*

Meal 5: Water, oats, cottage cheese, apple, flax, whey, cinnamon.

Snack 2: Pecans**

Meal 6/Good Night Shake: Water, cottage cheese, peanut butter, whey.

*Not bad.  But not as good as fudge.

**Also, not as good as fudge, but better than boiled eggs (VIVA The Great Boiled Egg Strike of 2007!)

    What is your obsession with fudge? It’s gross– all chocolate-y and gross. Unless you’re talking peanut butter fudge… then you’re in business

    Peanut butter is for cookies and good night shakes. Period. I’m just in a mood for fudge. Not sure why.

    Shouldn’t you be part-ay-ing like it’s 1999 or (obscure reference aside)the end of the school year?

    Er…I partied with a walk by the lake.
    *Partying* is overrated - plus, I don’t drink and I don’t appreciate beer being spilled all over me… so I’m mostly just relaxing before hitting the books for finals
