Not bad for a low carb day, though I will definitely have to look into low carb treats because snacking is a must these days.
Lots of whey.
Lots of water.
Lots of protein (boiled eggs, tuna, blah-blah-blah)
Lots of cravings (the usual sugar laden delights)
Few carbs (sweet potato)
No snacking.
Nutrition is spot on.
