Nutrition

Meal 1/Shake: Oats, water, yogurt, apple, whey, glutamine.

Meal 2: Burritos

Meal 3: Go lean.

Meal 4: Almonds and boiled egg.

Meal 5: Steak and sweet potato.

Meal 6: Boiled eggs and almonds

Meal 7/Good Night Shake: water, cottage cheese, peanut butter, whey.

Not much going on.  Just finished meal four. 

I’ve managed to stick with the program even though I didn’t do any workout.  Lots of cravings, especially right now, but no snacking.

Might have to throw an extra meal in there somewhere to keep myself from snacking.
