Other than a bowl of Go Lean in the afternoon, I’ve held off on the carbs, without any grouchy, snarly, kid-kickin’ side effects.
Later on I’m going to eat pizza for dinner, but not as a cheat, as it’s worked into the daily totals, and I just can’t count anything as a cheat that isn’t loaded down with enough sugar to make a corpse go into hyperdrive.
