Abs, Cardio and more Cardio
My Snow Shoveling Sense was tingling very early this morning, keeping me from falling back to sleep and getting a full six hours.
Oh well. No biggie.
I decided to stick with my original abs and cardio plan today, instead of skipping the elliptical and going straight to shoveling.
**SUPERSET**
Dumbbell Leg Raises
5 (15,12,10,10)
V-UPS
(12,12,11,10)
**END SUPERSET**
Dumbbell Oblique Side Bends (Whatever)
35 (15,15,15,15)
Oblique Twists
35 (24,24,24,24 per side)
Cardio #1 was 25 minutes of elliptical. I kept it easy; the tension and pace nice and moderate. Heart rate was an easy 165 Bpm. Decent sweat.
Cardio #2 was an hour of shoveling the 3+ inches of snow off the driveway and walkways. I took it easy, not concerned with trying to blaze through.

great workout! Awesome ab workout …..besides lunges I love working the abs…elliptical is also one of my cardio workouts .btw did you ever try a spin class ? a sure killer! great cardio love it ..thanks for sharing ..=) all the best Gina

Awesome ab workout one of my favorites besides legs n lunges ..elliptical is great cardio..Did you ever try a spin class it’s a killer but worth it. great cardio for sure!..I love what it does to my body if you haven’t tried it give it a shot i don’t thik you would be disappointedsounds like you train hard n love the pump it will get ya going .. thanks for sharing ..all the best =) Gina
