Legs
Finally dragged my sorry butt out of my sorry bed this sorry morning. I haven’t slept this poorly since… the night before last!
Took my time warming up for squats (there are just too many ways to injure myself when I’m this tired). I wasn’t sure I’d have it in me to do a decent workout, but by the fourth light set (10-12 reps), I was finally ready to go. Three more sets (8-6 range), and then it was deadlifts. I managed four moderate sets (10-6 range) before a headache and mild dizzyness ensued, so I hit the bike and called it a day.
Resting for a bit before I head out to tackle the lawn.
