Arms
Everything looks dead outside. All the fall colors are gone and I have a mess of leaves to pick up. Just not today, because my arms are killing me.
For triceps, I substituted close grip bench press for close grip military press. I was stronger than the last time I did them, that felt great. That and the dips, really had my arms feeling it. I didn’t have it going for me with the overhead extensions, but I finished well with the tricep press downs.
Biceps were okay. While I didn’t have the perfect feel for it with barbell extensions, I made up for it with some close grip pull ups. Then the incline curls and concentration curls really finished me off.
