My final thoughts this evening
1. Great workouts motivate me to eat perfectly. Tuna fish goes down easier. Cottage cheese tastes great (as long as it’s blended), I even look forward to my good night shake.
2. I look forward to that sore feeling that comes from a great workout. If I don’t feel it the next day (even mildly), I’ve done something wrong.
3. I’m looking forward to tomorrow’s back workout.
4. Naruto really is that good.
