What to do? What to do?
Today I tipped the scales at 206.5! That’s an increase of 3 and a half pounds this week. By that number alone, I should be cutting back on my nutrition. But there are some other factors to consider.
1. My numbers (Post Work Out):
Chest: 43 1/2
Waist: 33
Legs: 26 1/4
Arm: 17 1/4
Calves: 15+
Forearm: 13 1/4
2. The Mirror
I’m still not worried with what I see. In the mirror, I widened out in all the right places. My waist grew a bit, but so to did my back and chest. My abs (obliques and all) have better definition than last year’s bulk at this time. I still have striations in my back, and I just don’t feel I’m putting on all that much fat.
To that end, I once again plan on sticking with my original bulking diet.
I’ll measure myself again in two weeks, but this time it will be upon waking, and not post workout.
