No longer the smallest guy in the gym
I am now two weeks into my new program and have seen some changes.Although I am not noticing much increase in size I am getting stronger and gradualy increasing the weight. I am now lifting weights that when I started I would have watched others lift and thought "no way" will I ever get there and here I am lifting the same. the same goes with my size, people I looked at when I started and envied I am now looking at and thinking I am comparable which is a realy good feeling " I dont feel so much like the smallest guy in the gym anymore" A long long way to go but I am getting there.
